Returns & Repairs

We are happy to accept returns within two weeks of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase. We are unable to accept returns after that 14 day time frame.

Each bag is created with painstaking attention to quality and longevity; if a bag becomes damaged because of a construction error, we are more than happy to complete a complimentary repair. We are unable, however, to repair normal wear on the materials or damages not related to the construction of the bag.
